These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Star67 website at star67.co and related online services operated by Star67 (“Star67,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our SMS marketing program. By accessing our website or opting in to communications from Star67, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our website or enroll in our SMS program.

2. Website use

Our website may include waitlist requests, menus, market updates, and other informational content. Access to dining, events, or membership-style experiences is by invitation or separate confirmation and is not guaranteed by submitting a waitlist form or joining SMS.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use our systems in any unlawful way.

3. Waitlist and email

Joining the Star67 waitlist or email list does not guarantee a reservation, invitation, or admission. Confirmation emails acknowledge your request only. Separate notice is sent if and when a table or invitation becomes available.

4. SMS marketing program (Star67 Texts)

This section is our mobile messaging terms for the Star67 SMS marketing program (“Star67 Texts” or the “Program”), as required for SMS marketing with Shopify Messaging and applicable U.S. carrier and TCPA guidelines.

4.1 Program description

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box that is not pre-selected), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Star67 at the number you provided. Messages may include waitlist and table-release updates, event notices, dining-related announcements, and other promotional or informational messages about Star67.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, joining the waitlist, or dining with Star67. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent.

4.2 Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages; volume depends on your engagement and Star67’s updates (for example, when tables or events are announced). We do not guarantee a fixed number of messages per month.

4.3 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send or receive. Star67 does not charge a separate fee for the Program, but your carrier may.

4.4 How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any Star67 text. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS marketing messages unless you opt in again.

You may also request removal by emailing contact@star67.co with your mobile number and a request to unsubscribe from SMS.

4.5 Help and customer support

For help, reply HELP to any Star67 text, or email contact@star67.co. Customer support contact information for the Program is the same as above (email and mailing address).

4.6 Supported devices and carriers

The Program is intended for customers with compatible mobile devices on supported U.S. carriers (and other countries Shopify Messaging supports, where available). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

4.7 Eligibility

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that you will update us if your number changes.

5. Privacy

How we collect, use, store, and share personal information—including phone numbers and SMS-related data—and your rights to access or delete data are described in our Privacy Policy. Our SMS service providers (including Shopify and its messaging partners) may process phone numbers and message metadata to deliver the Program.

6. Intellectual property

Star67 names, logos, menu content, photography, and other site materials are owned by Star67 or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Disclaimers

The website and the Program are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star67 disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that messages will always be delivered.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star67 and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website or the Program. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or continued enrollment in the Program after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material SMS Program changes, we may provide additional notice as required by law or carrier guidelines.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
